4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Reshipment costs due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is not accepted or claimed by the customer, it may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  • Reshipment may be possible at the customer’s expense.
